What We Do

Preparing Sites for Responsible Hyperscale Development

Eagle Rock brings land, utilities, approvals and financing into a development plan, then manages the work required to deliver it.

Eagle Rock Development Process

Development Stages

Market Assessment

Assess regional power, land, water, fiber, workforce and local policy.

Site Identification & Land Agreements

Evaluate candidate properties and negotiate land agreements with owners.

Technical Due Diligence

Commission geotechnical, environmental, traffic, water and any additional studies required.

Power & Utility Strategy

Submit load studies and service requests to establish utility requirements and timing.

Community & Government Engagement

Meet with community leaders to assess site suitability and address potential concerns.

Capital Formation & Partner Selection

Arrange financing, development, and operating partners.

Design, Construction & Delivery

Direct engineering and construction teams in delivering the approved plan.

Ownership & Operations

The operating partner or end user inherits all requirements and commitments established by Eagle Rock Partners and the community.

Development does not follow a fixed sequence and many stages happen concurrently. Technical findings, utility requirements and public review can change the design, timing or decision to proceed.
