Environmental Compliance
Eagle Rock Partners will work with state and local regulators to meet applicable environmental requirements.
Power & Grid Investment
Eagle Rock Partners will pay for 100% of the power infrastructure and utility upgrades its campuses require, so that local ratepayers do not subsidize the project and the community receives grid modernization at our cost, not theirs.
Water Conservation
Eagle Rock Partners will use a closed-loop non-evaporative cooling system at every campus, meaning there will not be daily water withdrawals for ongoing cooling.
Groundwater Protection
Eagle Rock Partners will complete hydrogeological studies before drawing a single drop and will withdraw and return water responsibly.
Sound and Lighting
Eagle Rock Partners will minimize all sound and lighting impact through modern equipment, sound attenuation measures and downcast lighting.
Local Tax Contribution
Eagle Rock Partners will pay its full share of local taxes, without seeking abatements or exemptions that would create a burden for residents.
Air Quality
Eagle Rock Partners will only use generation equipment that meets or exceeds applicable EPA emissions standards.
Land and Habitat
Eagle Rock Partners will design every campus to minimize wetland impact and maintain tree buffers already on site.
Buffering and Screening
Eagle Rock Partners uses setbacks and vegetative buffers to screen every campus from adjacent roads.
Transparency
Eagle Rock Partners will not ask a host community to sign a nondisclosure agreement.
